Do you need a Wedding Coordinator?

Imagine this...
It's your wedding day. The day you have been envisioning for quite some time. You have spent months, years and let's face it, quite a bit of money on this one day.
This is going to be the best day of your life.
IF YOU DO IT RIGHT!
This one day has taken hours of your life to organise, with a lot of stress and overwhelm. Surely you can relax now?
Hmmm, it depends.
You still need to set up your day and, in theory, run it. It doesn't just fall into place.
The morning of your wedding day should feel relaxing and exciting. Still, the venue coordinator is knocking on your room door asking where you want the flower arrangements to go, the venue stylist is calling you asking for directions to the venue, as she can't find it (damn Google Maps). The Celebrant has had an emergency and will be slightly late. Is that ok? How will that affect the timeline of your day and your thinking...timeline?! What timeline?!
The door keeps knocking, your phone keeps buzzing, you can't find your Bluetooth speaker, and why on earth is there no prosecco in your room for you and your bridesmaids?!
Has the Groom made it early to set up and make sure everything is in place where it should be? Will he remember to put out the place cards? Is the seating plan correct, or will Auntie Mabel end up sitting next to 10 years estranged Uncle Fred (awkward)?

Your heart is now racing, you're starting to sweat, and the relaxing, exciting morning you started with has evaporated into a puddle of stress and anxiety. You could probably do with that bottle of prosecco just for yourself now.
And this is just the morning...you haven't even made it down the aisle yet.
What can I do to support you?
I take care of all these questions, problems and responsibilities so you can fully immerse yourself in your wedding day.
Instead of suppliers calling you, they call me.
Instead of the venue coordinator knocking on your door, they speak to me.
Instead of your betrothed setting up the décor on the morning of the wedding, I oversee it. They should be relaxing with their loved ones somewhere, feeling excited too.
Instead of family members trying to solve problems, I will handle them so that they can experience the beautiful day with you.

.
As a Wedding Coordinator, I will also
Create and manage your wedding day timeline
Contact and coordinate all suppliers before the wedding
Oversee supplier arrivals and set-up
Ensure décor, stationery and personal items are positioned correctly
Manage the flow of the day and keep everything running on time
Direct and support guests when needed
Coordinate key moments such as the ceremony, speeches and first dance
Ensure you, your partner and your families can fully enjoy the day
Also, think of me as your PA
Most importantly, I become the person everyone goes to instead of you.
Why Does This Matter?
Because your wedding day is not a production for you to manage, it's an experience for you to live.
It's a chance for you to make wonderful lifelong memories.
You only get one chance to experience the excitement of getting ready with your nearest and dearest.
One chance to enjoy those nervous butterflies before walking down the aisle.
One chance to watch your guests arrive, take in your venue, and soak up every moment.
You shouldn't be answering phone calls, directing suppliers or solving problems.
I don't just organise your wedding day.
I protect your experience of it, and that's something you'll remember long after the flowers have faded and the cake has been eaten.
If you're planning your wedding and would like to explore how wedding day management could help you truly enjoy it, I would love to hear from you.
